Professor David Demko, PhD

www.molly.com Internet Author Molly E. Holzschlag brings her irrepressible enthusiasm to authoring books, teaching, and designing web sites. Honored as one of the Top 25 Women on the Web by S.F. Women on the Web (formerly SF Webgrrls) in 1998, Molly has spent a decade working in the online world.

Molly is Managing Editor for "Web Review" magazine, located on the Internet at: www.webreview.com. If you need to know just about anything related to "the web", you're likely to find it in Molly's "Web Review" magazine. Readers will find information on Web authoring, design, development, e-commerce, multimedia, backend, application servers ... you get the picture. My hunch is that if you can't find it in "Web Review", it doesn't exist ... or, doesn't matter.

Molly has written and contributed to more than ten books about the Internet and, in particular, the Web. In addition to her numerous books about the Web, she is a contributing columnist to Microsoft's SiteBuilder Network, CNET's Builder.Com, ThirdAge.com, Webtechniques.com, and IBM's Developerworks.com. Molly also managed the Web Design Community on MSN. Holzschlag holds a B.A. in communications and writing, and a M.A. in media studies from the New School for Social Research.

Holzschlag just keynoted for the SVWebgrrls Third Anniversary Celebration in San Jose, California this May. The keynote, titled "FutureShock: Plugging into Tomorrow's Devices", discussed how to navigate the code and protocols needed to deliver Web content to alternative devices. @Manage, one of the premiere sponsors for the SVWebgrrls Third Anniversary Celebration, is a leading provider of web-based tools that empower small to mid size e-Businesses to cost effectively monitor and manage their IT infrastructure over the Internet.
